NYCC

We work closely with our local education department to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Local Schools

Green Hedges actively encourages strong links with our schools in particular to support transitions to school

Stephen Joseph Theatre

Every Summer we take our preschool children to a summer workshop involving drama sessions and use of props. Each Christmas time we take the children to the annual Christmas show.

St. Martins C. E. Church

Each Christmas we participate in the Christmas Tree Festival with a tree decorated by the children. We also greatly benefit from holding our Christmas Performance in the grandure of the church which makes this time of year extra special for our families.

Local facilities.

We make best use of our local amenities and take the children along to visit the many wonderful attractions nearby such as Library, Art Gallery and Museum, Beach fronts, Esplanade Gardens – South side Gems to explore.

Tesco

We take part in the Fork to Farm programme and Tesco’s Community officer comes along to nursery to show the children where our food comes from.

For our pizza making experience along the foreshore.
